Medical Form - You MUST complete this form and either FAX it to 315-443-1534 or send it along with a copy of the camper's insurance card NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK prior to the start of camp. If mailing, please send to:

Are there any discounts offered?

There is a TEAM RATE of $425 for teams that come to camp with 10 or more players. This is for Camp 1 only.  To receive the team rate the initial 10 applications and deposits must be sent in the same envelope. Yes - camp is open to individuals, teams, and day campers

What is the camp refund policy?

If the camp balance is paid in full a refund will be issued (minus the nonrefundable $200 deposit) if the camper cancels within 5 days of the start of camp - the refund will arrive after the conclusion of camp. Refunds will not be available if camp has started.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?

The camp application form and a 2010 medical waiver. These forms may be downloaded on our website.

What items should my child bring to camp?

Final Camp Confirmation will list all items the camper should bring to camp. Each camper will recieve final confirmation - plus a copy will be posted on our website.

What meals are provided?

Overnight Campers  for Camp 1  Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included

Day Campers  for Camp 1  - Lunch and Dinner is included

What is a typical day like?

Each full day at camp will include 3 instructional/play sessions. Morning and Afternoon will be based around instruction and PM session will be game play.

Is there a medical staff at camp?

Yes - we have a trainer 24/7 at the camp.
