To confirm registration (online or mail in), please contact Wendy Stark at 800-783-6594 to check if you are registered.

Medical Form - You MUST complete this form and either FAX it to 315-443-1534 or send it along with a copy of the camper's insurance card NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK prior to the start of camp. If mailing, please send to:

Are there any discounts offered?

There is a TEAM RATE of $445 for teams that come to camp with 10 or more players. This is for Camp 1 only.  To receive the team rate the initial 10 applications and deposits must be sent in the same envelope. Can Teams attend?

Yes - camp is open to individuals, teams, and day camper. Also our Instructional Day Tournament Aug. 6 and 7th is open to individuals and you can register for both days or one day only.

What is the camp refund policy?

If the camp balance is paid in full a refund will be issued (minus the nonrefundable $200 deposit) if the camper cancels within 5 days of the start of camp - the refund will arrive after the conclusion of camp. Refunds will not be available if camp has started.

What forms are required in order for my child to participate?

The camp application form and a 2011 medical waiver. These forms may be downloaded on our website.

What meals are provided?

Overnight Campers  for Camp 1  Breakfast, lunch and dinner is included

Day Campers  for Camp 1  - Lunch and Dinner is included

Instructional Day Tournament: Housing and meals are campers responsibility

What is a typical day like?

Each full day at camp will include 3 instructional/play sessions. Morning and Afternoon will be based around instruction and PM session will be game play.

Is there a medical staff at camp?

Yes - we have a trainer 24/7 at the camp.
